Meet Elsa Poppleton

I’m Elsa, a health and fitness coach for TAF, with a burning passion for helping people get into the best shape of their lives, while still enjoying the things they love. My approach is all about balance—showing you how to live an active lifestyle, eat well, and still savor your favorite foods, whether it’s holiday dinners, sweet treats, or a night out for a great meal.

Growing up, I struggled with body image and often felt like I didn’t quite belong to any particular group in school. I tried countless fad diets and convinced myself I was eating healthy and staying active, but I still wasn’t seeing the changes I wanted in my body composition. I felt stuck and frustrated, not understanding why all my hard work wasn’t paying off.

Everything changed when I discovered the right fitness programs and worked with a coach who completely transformed my approach to health. Through this experience, I realized that the key to real, lasting change, wasn’t about extreme measures or deprivation. It was about finding balance—learning how to listen to my body, enjoy life’s pleasures, and still make progress toward my goals. This transformation wasn’t just physical; it re-shaped my mindset, the way I approach health and fitness and my life day to day. 

One of the most significant moments in my journey was when my coach and I were able to recognize the signs my body was giving me—signals that eventually led to the discovery of a health issue that required brain surgery. If I hadn’t committed myself to my health and truly started paying attention to my body, I might not have caught those signs in time.

That experience was life-changing, and it solidified my dedication to helping others find the same balance and health in their own lives. I know what it feels like to struggle and feel stuck, but I also know the incredible freedom that comes when you discover a sustainable approach that works.

Now, I’m on a mission to help others break free from the cycle of fad diets and extreme workouts and instead find a balanced, fulfilling approach to fitness. You don’t have to give up the things you love to get results—you just need the right guidance. My goal is to support you in living a healthier, happier life, where you can achieve your fitness goals and still enjoy all the good things life has to offer.

My coaching philosophy is centered on balance. I believe you can achieve your best physique while still enjoying your favorite foods, and living an active, fulfilling life. Having personally struggled with body image and the frustration of trying fad diets without seeing results, I understand the importance of sustainable, long-term solutions. My approach is about listening to your body, enjoying life’s pleasures, and making smart choices that lead to lasting change. I’m committed to helping you find a healthy, enjoyable lifestyle where you can reach your fitness goals without sacrificing the things you love.
