About Angeline
Meet Angeline Fehr
My name is Angeline Fehr a Health, Wellness and Fitness Coach for TAF, My journey into fitness began at a young age, stemming from a lifelong love of activity and the outdoors. I grew up in a small water-tower farm town – where there was nothing to do but farm, or play sports – which led me to being involved in competitive volleyball, basketball, badminton, track, and soccer, while always exploring additional sports and outdoor pursuits like hiking, fishing, and hunting. These passions fueled my desire for adventure and pushing myself – let’s say I was hooked.Growing up, I struggled majorly with self-confidence and body image issues, which often made me hesitant and highly self-conscious. From wearing baggy sweaters to avoiding swimsuits, hiding in change rooms, to not socializing due to fear of being judged. I faced many challenges in embracing my body, which took many years to overcome. But at 16, I decided enough was enough. I hired a coach—who has since become a lifelong best friend of mine—and committed to transforming not just my body, but my mindset. That decision marked a turning point in my life, igniting a love for fitness that has since transformed how I see myself and my capabilities. Like many, I initially fell into the trap of the deadly “diet fad” early on—restrictive eating, avoiding eating out, endless cardio…workouts driven by guilt and obligation. I kept thinking to myself….this can’t be the way to a true healthy and happy lifestyle because… I don’t feel happy. That triggered me to leave that way of life years ago and discovering a healthier, more sustainable approach to movement and nutrition. Most importantly, I’ve embraced a balanced approach to eating that allows me to enjoy the foods I love (dedicated foodie here) because nourishing your body doesn’t mean sacrificing pizza or taco nights—it’s about finding that balance where both health and freedom coexist. This mindset is what I strive to share with my clients: that feeling good is achievable without restrictive dieting or extreme routines.Jump to where I am now – fitness became a vital tool for me to feel good emotionally, mentally, and physically – which I believe true health encompasses all three. My goal as your coach is to help you to become confident in your own mind and body, without restriction or fad diets.
