To get the process going, we have potential clients fill out our TAF Coaching Application, so we can learn more about you and see how we can help you reach your health and fitness goals.

APPLICATION ANALYSIS

Don’t worry! As long as you saw your application successfully submit, we’re currently reviewing your answers and we’ll be in touch within 24 hours.

DIALED IN PLAN OF ACTION

When we reach out to you we’ll go over the dialed in plan of action that we’ve got ready for you. Well go over your customized program in detail and inform you of your next steps.

ONBOARDING

After signing up, you’ll receive access to our personalized TAF App and private FB group immediately. We’ll send you your welcome package right away and make sure you have everything you need to get yourself ready to start your program.

KICK-OFF CALL

Once you receive your program, message your coach in our App and book a kick off call. This allows you to get to know your coach a little bit more, go over any additional questions you may have, and ensure you understand your program in its entirety.

EXPERTISE ANALYSIS

No more guessing if you’re conducting your assigned exercise movements correctly. You not only have built in exercise videos in our App for each exercise movement you’re provided, you also have the option to submit a video of yourself doing any exercise movement and your coach will provide back to you a full analysis on your form. Receiving expert feedback on where you can improve your resistance training form, can be another stepping stone toward making bigger gains. 

MORE BANG FOR YOUR BUCK

Instead of just having one coach’s expertise, advice and insight, you get access to all of our coach’s knowledge and guidance every single month. Each month you can join our VIP private active clients only Zoom call, where we dive into any questions our clients have. Questions sometimes range from gut health advice, to cardio strategies, rehab and recovery enquiries, to resistance training form suggestions, emotional support, and motivation and inspirational conversation. We cover whatever is pressing for our clients and dive into topics that will help them persevere through their months with ease.

You’ll receive bi-weekly video check-ins with your coach after submitting our bi-weekly check in form. We will discuss your progress and make changes to your program as needed. If progress stalls, we’ll make changes then too to ensure progress continues. We also assess your progress weekly, after having you submit any struggles and wins to us in our App.

FAT GAIN AND WEIGHT GAIN

Any good coach will have an open mind when it comes to people struggling with weight gain and fat gain. We understand and are educated around the fact that weight gain and fat gain, doesn’t always stem just from over consumption of food. We are logical about the fact that it’s not always just about what the scale is saying either. We’re aware that there are many factors at play when it comes to this topic. People can be suffering from sleep deprivation, a slow metabolism, hormone imbalances, medical conditions and diagnosis, prescribed medications, prior injuries inhibiting daily movement, and the list goes on. We take every factor into account when signing a client on to the TAF team. Your details matter to us.

WORKING WITH US YOU DON’T HAVE TO…

Cut Out Carbs

You don’t need to cut out carbs to make progress. Unless you have a genuine intolerance or medical diagnosis, you shouldn’t be cutting out carbs from your diet. Carbs are broken down into glucose. A lot of people don’t realize that carbs are in a lot of the fruits, vegetables and dairy products we eat regularly. Carbs do not solely come from foods such as bread and pasta like most people believe. Glucose is the body’s preferred fuel source for the brain and daily bodily function. We need carbs to function daily to our best abilities mentally and physically. 

CUT OUT ALCOHOL

Even though studies show that people don’t receive any nutritional benefit from alcohol, it doesn’t mean you have to completely x-nay it from your diet. We teach clients how to consume alcohol in smart ways and in moderation.

CUT OUT SUGAR

No need to cut out sugar on our programs. It’s important to learn how to consume sugar in moderation, more specifically processed sugars. You’ll still get to enjoy your fav fruits, veggies, and processed sugars here and there.

CUT OUT SOCIAL EVENTS

Not even our Contest Prep Clients are told they can’t go to social events – so don’t worry that won’t be a factor here. Contest Prep clients would be told to bring their own food to social events and not to consume alcohol, but so long as they’re comfortable mentally being present, then they’d be welcome to attend social events. The point is, all clients are allowed to attend social events while on their program. We teach people how to approach such situations as a part of their program. 

WEIGHT LOSS INJECTIONS OR STEROIDS

HIIT CARDIO

Oh the good ol myth about HITT cardio. You don’t need to do HITT cardio to make more progress – studies have proven this. We suggest to you the best course of action for your cardio tasks and personal goals, but HITT cardio doesn’t have to be one of them, unless you really enjoy doing it.

Avoid TRAVELING, HOLIDAYS, OR WEEKENDS AWAY

Do we offer in person training?
If in the area of Salmon Arm, Kamloops or Vernon BC where our coaches reside, we offer single in person training sessions upon request

We do offer both vegan and plant-based programs. We also work with peoples medical dietary restrictions like lactose intolerance or gluten allergies. 

Yes our programs are custom designed for beginner to elite athletes. 

Yes we do. Our programs are made to accommodate your needs to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. If you don’t have any equipment at home, you may need to purchase a few items to make an at home program happen, but you don’t need to have an at home gym for us to create you at home workouts. 

Yes we do. With our elite online training platform, it allows us to work with clients globally, helping people from all over the world achieve their health and fitness goals.

Yes we do. Not only do we offer Transformation Programs, Contest Prep Programs, and Sports Performance Programs, we also offer Pre/Post Natal Programs, Nutrition Only and Daily Habits Programs, and additionally Resistance Training and Daily Habits Programs.
